How to merge and organize PDF pages

  1. Choose your PDF. The Organize pages window opens.
  2. Use the arrows to reorder, the rotate buttons to turn pages, and the cross to delete a page.
  3. Press Add pages from another PDF to merge a second file onto the end.
  4. Press Apply, then Export PDF to download the result.

How do I merge two PDF files?

Open the first PDF, choose Organize, press Add pages from another PDF and pick the second file. Reorder the pages if you want, press Apply and export.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied from the originals without being recompressed, so text stays sharp and file size stays small.

Are my edits kept when I reorder pages?

Yes. Edits you made are applied into the file when you press Apply, after which the undo history starts fresh.

Is DocuFix Studio really free?

Yes. It is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark added by us and no page limit.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Your PDF is opened and edited inside your own browser and is not uploaded anywhere, so confidential documents stay on your device. Only the editing libraries and fonts are downloaded when you first open the page.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. The editor is designed for touch screens as well as desktop: pinch to zoom, drag to draw, and install it as an app from your browser menu. It also supports a light and a dark theme.

Can it remove every kind of watermark?

Not always. It works best on watermarks drawn in a consistent colour, such as grey or coloured diagonal text and stamps on a plain background. Watermarks that are part of a photo, or that share the colour of your text, may leave traces and need the Area Patch or Brush tool. Only remove watermarks from documents you own or have permission to edit.
